| When will I receive my CD or Mp3 download order? |
| Mp3 downloads are available for download after we have confirmation of payment. A download link will be sent via email. Mp3s will have a YouSendIt link that will expire after 30 days. For orders that include physical CDs you will receive an email notification from us with shipping information as soon as your order ships. Most orders ship out within 2 business day of purchase with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 days shipping worldwide. |

| Can I play Groove State Mp3 downloads on my computer, on my iPod, in my car, etc? |
| All of the Mp3s from the Store are iTunes compatible and work with virtually all types of stereo systems, computer, iPod, device or computer program. In order to maximize compatibility, every track is encoded as an MP3. We use the highest quality settings. |

| What is your return policy? |
| All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that your physical product (CDs) is defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving it and, if possible, we will arrange an exchange for you. |

| Why didn't I receive my email receipt? |
| It's likely that the email went into your SPAM or JUNK mail folder. Please double check folders for your email receipt or shipment notification. |
